Utkarsh Ambudkar

Utkarsh will next be seen in the independent film Basmati Blues starring opposite Brie Larson. His most memorable performance to date was in the Universal comedy Pitch Perfect where he played Donald, the rapper in the a capella group with Rebel Wilson and Skylar Astin among others. On the TV side, he recurs on "The Mindy Project" playing Mindy's younger brother, Rishi. Utkarsh is a founding member of the hip-hop improv comedy troupe Freestyle Love Supreme and went back to his NY theater roots in 2012, originating the role of Rahim in the acclaimed Second Stage Theater production of Modern Terrorism. He recently wrapped the Columbia Pictures feature Kitchen Sink directed by Robbie Pickering.
