Julia Kelly

LCT3: Ghost Light. A Virginia native, Julia Kelly hails from Brooklyn via Barnard College of Columbia University. With interest in the intersections of dance, theater, music, and storytelling, she has loved recent collaborations with Kathryn Alter, Tami Stronach, and the Median Movement. For foundational training, Julia thanks Sherri Smith Reid, the artists and master teachers of Tantztheater Wuppertal, and also of the Limón Dance Company; with Limón she has performed abroad and here at Lincoln Center (2009-2012). Julia joined Third Rail Projects in 2013 with the Company of Then She Fell (Alice, Hatter, Red Queen); 777 performances later, she is currently its rehearsal director.
