ASSISTIVE LISTENING:

  • The Beaumont is equipped with Induction Hearing Loops. If your hearing aid has a T-Coil, toggle to that setting to receive audio signal directly without any other equipment needed.
  • Reserve a headset in advance of your performance at the Beaumont. To make a headset reservation, please visit Sound Associates and select McNEAL. Headsets are also available on a first-come, first-served basis from the concessions bar.

CLOSED CAPTIONING is generally available 3 weeks after a show's Opening night (For McNEAL, closed captioning will be available beginning October 22; please email access@lct.org to confirm captioning availability for your performance date or if you need assistance in this area). How to view closed captions:

  • The GalaPro app (available for free download on Apple and Android devices) offers streamed closed captioning from your own device.

OPEN CAPTIONING

ACCESSIBLE SEATING is available. The Beaumont is equipped with wheelchair seating, stair-free seating, transfer-arm seating, companion seating, and low-vision seating. Due to structural limitations, the Loge level of the Beaumont is not accessible. Accessible seating may be purchased at the box office, on Telecharge.com, and by calling Telecharge Access Services (212.239.6222 or outside the NY metro area: 800.872.8997; TDD/TTY 212.239.2820).

BRAILLE AND LARGE PRINT PROGRAMS
Braille and large print programs are available upon request via an usher or at the accessibility services station.
